MindCard is a price lookup, collection management and deck building tool for Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon TCG. Prices are estimates based on third-party market data (Cardmarket, Card Kingdom, Scryfall, CardTrader) and do not constitute an offer to sell.
3. Accuracy of Information
MindCard does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the prices shown. MindCard is not responsible for purchase decisions made based on the information provided.
4. Intellectual Property
Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Pokémon is a trademark of The Pokémon Company International. Card images are the property of their respective owners. MindCard is not affiliated with or sponsored by these companies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access unauthorised systems, and not to abuse the infrastructure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindCard shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
7. Modifications
MindCard reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
